G. Miller Hogan, II's practice is focused on commercial and business transactions. Mr. Hogan has represented developers, lenders, business owners, landlords and tenants. He has broad experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including tax deferred exchanges, leasing, commercial and residential development, real estate secured lending, workouts, foreclosures, special asset transactions, zoning and planning. In addition, Mr. Hogan has extensive experience with corporate formations, including non-profits, religious and tax exempt entities. He works closely with many non-profit and tax-exempt organizations and churches in connection with planning, growth management and development challenges. Furthermore, Mr. Hogan also has an entertainment and sports law practice representing entertainers and sports figures in the music, sports, book publishing and related entertainments industries. |
